Landscape Construction Foreman and Technician

Position Overview :
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Landscape Construction person(s) to join our team. This role will involve a variety of tasks related to landscape construction, including hardscaping, planting, and outdoor project installations. If you have a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, and experience in landscape construction, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :
Install hardscaping elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor features. Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and turf, ensuring proper installation and care. Operate landscaping tools and machinery (e.g., skid steers, excavators, saws, etc.). Assist with grading and drainage work to ensure proper water flow. Follow design plans to ensure accurate execution. Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and within budget.

Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Perform general labor tasks as needed. Qualifications :
Must have knowledge and experience in hardscaping, installation, grading, and general landscape construction activities. Ability to operate various landscaping machinery and tools. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Good physical condition, capable of handling manual labor in outdoor settings. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license desired. Strong work ethic and reliability.
