This role involves production manufacturing from batching to filling, including equipment checks, basic daily maintenance, and ensuring batching instructions are followed. The position is on‑site and requires compliance with safety, hygiene, and GMP standards.

• Prepare, start‑up, and run production orders to meet customer, manufacturing, and packaging specifications.
• Maintain batching instructions and process control documents.
• Handle ingredient sign‑off, pre‑weighing, and verification of ingredients according to batching instructions.
• Package and label finished products.
• Multi‑task, work independently, and collaborate with teams across functional groups.
• Continuously improve product quality and productivity.
• Clean and organize work area consistently.
• Report suspicious activity related to food defense.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, lift up to 55 lb individually or 100 lb with assistance, and maneuver 500‑lb barrels.
• Ability to squat, bend, and lift up to 45 lb continuously for at least two hours; lift 55 lb up to shoulder level or overhead.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and SQF guidelines.
• Basic machine safe operating and basic controls competency.
• Shift: 10:00 am–6:00 pm.
• Background check required.

• Follow OSHA regulations, safe lifting techniques, and PPE usage.
• Awareness of forklift traffic, trip hazards, and proper guarding of machinery.
• Never operate equipment without proper training or certification.

Employment Type: Full‑time, entry‑level.

Pay: $26.00 per hour (base pay, may vary).

Location: New Berlin, WI, Wisconsin (on‑site).
