We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Process Engineer to join our manufacturing facility. This role is critical in optimizing packaging operations, enhancing process efficiency, and ensuring product quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering, industrial engineering, and manufacturing practices, with experience in plastics injection molding, robotics, and CAD software. The Packaging Process Engineer will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop innovative solutions, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

• Develop and deliver Train‑the‑Trainer programs to ensure consistent process knowledge and best practices across plants.
• Lead new product launches by establishing, validating, and optimizing molding processes for efficiency and repeatability.
• Support equipment qualifications and re‑validations for molding machines, tools, and auxiliary systems.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting expertise as the escalation point for complex processing challenges, ensuring effective resolution.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, Food Safety, and Quality standards while maintaining flexibility to meet operational demands across shifts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Plastics, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in injection molding, blow molding, or plastics manufacturing.
• Hands‑on experience setting up molding machines and improving processes.
• Experienced in new product launches, material qualifications, and manufacturing process development, validation, and troubleshooting.
