Live in the home of a resident while providing compassionate care and maintaining a safe, clean environment. This part-time position pays $0 rent for overnight shifts (Sunday–Thursday) in exchange for your service. Work weeks include Sunday–Thursday overnights, daytime shifts, or Saturday/Sunday 7 a.m.–3 p.m., with additional hours possible at other homes.

• Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents.
• Monitor patients' health and report any changes to the appropriate supervisor or nursing staff.
• Observe and document residents' behavior and progress accurately, including MAR's.

• Previous experience in home care or assisted living environments preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professionalism.
