Hospice CNA (FULL-TIME)

Location: New Berlin and Surrounding Areas

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in New Berlin, WI. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care and support to hospice patients and their families, ensuring comfort and dignity during end-of-life care.

• Provide direct patient care including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and document patient condition and report any changes to the nursing staff or hospice team.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
• Assist with mobility and positioning to prevent bedsores and maintain patient comfort.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
• Follow hospice care plans and adhere to all regulatory and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Valid CNA certification in the state of Wisconsin.
• Previous experience in hospice or palliative care preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate care to terminally ill patients.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
