This Position reports to:

Automation Manager

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the plant's expanding automation efforts, at the US Motion Headquarters, in New Berlin, WI, ensuring a positive impact to safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals. The role is a mix of production support and project work as needed.

• Automation – Assist with the deployment, install, and programming of Vision Systems, SCADA, PLC Controls, Conveyor Automation, Digital Torque Systems, Robotics, and more.
• Production Support – The primary function of this role is to support production by responding to ANDONs and line down issues.
• Mechanical – This role will need a foundation in mechanical engineering to support the install of various automation equipment onto the production line.
• Safety / Quality – Contribute towards the creation of safe automation practices while also delivering the desired productivity and quality output.
• Project Management – This role will be fast‑paced and involve balancing tasks from multiple projects simultaneously. Time management and prioritization will be crucial.
• Lean – This role will be responsible for promoting lean manufacturing concepts to ensure efficient production مرحله.

• 4+ years of experience in the field of Controls, Systems, Automation and/or Mechanical (Manufacturing, Automotive, Etc.)
• Sound knowledge of Vision systems, digital torque systems, programmable logic controls, robotics, and other automation
• Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing Concepts
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills, self‑motivated, customer‑oriented, multi‑tasking, having stress‑management capability
• Associate degree in Controls Engineering, Me séparation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering/science field is preferred
• You are an American citizen or currently hold a US VISA / work permit
