About the Role
Our Enteral Department is seeking a temporary Intake Specialist to support a high volume of incoming orders and ensure timely, accurate processing during a period of increased demand. This role is critical in maintaining smooth department operations and delivering exceptional service to our patients who rely on enteral supplies.
ScheduleMonday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (flexibility available on start/end times)
Key Responsibilities- Communicate with patients to confirm their enteral supply needs
- Answer inbound calls and provide responsive, patient‑centered support
- Place outbound calls to coordinate and process supply reorders
- Assist with order intake, documentation, and workflow management to ensure timely processing
- Maintain accurate records, follow established procedures, and support compliance and quality standards
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes with accuracy and professionalism
- Reliability, organization, and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment
- Supportive, collaborative team environment

This is a Contract position based out of New Berlin, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
