Membrane Concepts, a nationwide leader in PVC pool membrane installation, is seeking a reliable and motivated Installer to join our Field Operations crew. As an Installer, you will contribute to the installation and renovation of commercial and high-end residential pool systems, ensuring top-quality workmanship and strict adherence to safety standards.

• Assist with the installation and repair of commercial and high-end residential pool systems using PVC membranes.
• Adhere to all job site safety standards and company protocols.
• Safely and effectively operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment.
• Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
• Support lead installers and supervisors with daily project tasks, site preparation, and workflow.
• Perform job site cleanup and ensure materials are properly stored and secured.
• Travel to assigned job sites nationwide, including extended out-of-town projects.
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and teamwork as part of a close-knit field crew.

• Construction or job site experience required.
• Experience with Rubber Membrane Roofing, Pool Construction, Heat Welding, or Waterproofing Systems preferred; higher pay offered based on relevant experience.
• Proficiency with basic hand and power tools; ability to work safely.
• Strong ability to follow directions, work independently, and contribute effectively to a team.
• Reliable transportation to job sites and a consistent, dependable work ethic.
• Ability and willingness to travel nationwide for projects for extended periods of time.
• Work overtime and/or weekends when required.
