• Minimum of 10 years of retail experience with a focus on restaurant general management
• Successful completion of the DMIT Program
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new programs

• 1-3 years of multi-unit experience in a convenience store or restaurant environment
• College degree in business or a closely related field
