We are looking for outstanding full-time, part-time and per diem Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) who enjoy working with older adults and value Respect, Compassion and Skilled Professionalism.

Shifts:

7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am.

• Provide direct patient care to residents as assigned, under supervision of nursing staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Monitor health status and report changes to appropriate staff.
• Document care and maintain resident safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet resident goals.

• Valid MA license as CNA, LPN, or RN required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and weekends as needed.
