Job Description:
The registered nurse is responsible for the coordination and management of participants' health and well-being in accordance with regulations set forth by Mass Health and the Department of Public Health.
- Assessment and documentation of participants' medical status and coordination and management of care to address primary and preventative health needs.
- Administration of medications in accordance with physician orders and respond to acute changes in medical status.
- Full/Part Time/Shift: Full Time Monday-Friday 7:30am-2:30pm
