ResponsibilitiesAs a Shift Leader in our Golf Ball Plant manufacturing operations, you will foster a high-performance culture focused on quality, safety, productivity, and cost efficiency. You’ll lead by example—setting clear goals, empowering your team, and creating an environment where continuous improvement thrives. By recognizing and leveraging the strengths of each associate, you’ll help build a collaborative workplace that delivers exceptional results.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for implementing key manufacturing objectives, optimizing staffing and Work in Progress (WIP) levels, and ensuring efficient machine utilization. You’ll coach and coordinate team members to meet production, quality, and cost targets while upholding safety and operational standards. Your leadership will be essential in facilitating communication across shifts, integrating new processes, and supporting equipment maintenance. You’ll also play a hands-on role in training, performance evaluation, and fostering a culture of recognition and accountability.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of supervisory experience required
- BA/BS degree and manufacturing experience preferred
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
- Experience in training and continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in AGS and Microsoft Office applications
- Will be required to complete a Leadership Assessment which will be used in a behavior-based interview

Pay Range: $72,057.50-$89,995.00
