As a Team Leader, you will lead a customer-centric team, manage a tax office, and help accelerate seasonal tax business growth. You will develop your skills as a knowledgeable resource on tax topics, provide leadership and development for associates, and ensure excellent client service.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Multi-unit management experience in retail, restaurant, banking, or related industries
• At least 2 years as a Tax Professional

Responsibilities include:

• Partnering with the District General Manager to create growth plans and manage community involvement
• Recruiting, onboarding, and coaching tax office staff
• Handling client escalations and ensuring timely, quality work from associates
• Leading team meetings, scheduling, and performance reviews
• Preparing tax returns as needed

Qualifications include prior customer service or supervisory experience, tax knowledge (if preparing taxes), proficiency with MS Office, and a high school diploma or higher. Flexibility in work schedule is required.

This is a full-time position with a pay range of $15.00 - $65.00 per hour. The posting is active and not expired.
