Job Title:
Service Equipment Mechanic

• Location:
  
  New Bedford, MA
• Pay Range: $30.32-$42.78 (based on experience)
• Shift: Monday – Friday, 7am-3pm with mandatory OT as needed

• Monitor and maintain the Building Management System (BMS), ensuring optimal operation of heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems.
• Document preventative maintenance activities using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Maintain parts inventory and manage work orders through CMMS.
• Calibrate monitoring equipment to ensure system accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the maintenance team.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Building Services, particularly with HVAC systems.
• Universal Refrigeration License is required.
• Proficiency in mechanical systems and production equipment.
• Strong computer skills, especially with Windows‑based systems.
