Hall Keen Management is looking for an experienced, full-time Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic maintenance team. In total, there are 95 apartments and they are located in New Bedford, MA. The duties include but are not limited to daily trash removal and cleaning, general maintenance repairs, painting and turning over apartments, plumbing, minor electrical, and snow removal. Candidate must also be able to work in a team-oriented environment, maintain excellent communication skills with residents and employees, and have good organizational skills.

Previous experience in Property Management maintenance is preferred.

• Participate in physical labor as needed

• High School diploma or GED
• 4-8 years of similar experience
• 4-8 years of supervisory/management experience
• REAC experience
• Certification/License: OSHA 10, HVAC
