Product Configuration Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the sporting goods industry, is seeking a Product Configuration Analyst to join their team. As a Product Configuration Analyst, you will be part of the Product Operations Department supporting global product setup and data management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Product Configuration Analyst

Location: Fair Haven, MA

Pay Range: $26.44

Shift: M-F 8am-4:30pm

What's the Job?

• Execute the process that supports global setup of products in key systems, including ERP, Product Lifecycle Management, and customization platforms.
• Oversee and manage incoming support tickets via Jira, communicating needs, delegating to peers, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and lessons learned into updated change and program management processes.
• Create test plans, perform testing, and validate results to ensure system accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide clear technical documentation and training for stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and knowledge sharing.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with ERP systems, with a preference for SAP S4 Hana.
• Experience in business systems, master data management, and ad-hoc reporting, with SQL knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of ERP principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills to thrive in a dynamic environment.
