• Provide clinical care on the unit in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and the unit’s protocols.
• Assist the Registered Nurse in ensuring smooth, organized, and efficient unit operations.
• Directly care for patients, delegate nursing tasks, and supervise nursing staff.
• Demonstrate clinical competence, manage patient care, improve quality of care, and build professional relationships.

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an acute care setting.
• Proficiency in inserting, administering, and hydrating IVs.

• Medical/surgical experience preferred.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
• Freedom from the illegal use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

Current, valid, and active license to practice as an LPN/LVN, current BLS and ACLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor, and a valid driver’s license.
