Are you a current or emerging Rehab Leader with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Sacred Heart Nursing Home in New Bedford, MA is seeking its next employee-owner.

• Supervise the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community.
• Lead the interdisciplinary team as a trusted partner for the client and community while maintaining expected productivity standards.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes.

• Graduate of an accredited school for Therapy (PTA, PT, or OT).
• Hold a valid state license in MA.
• Previous managerial experience (DOR, Assistant DOR or Team Lead) of at least 1 year.
• At least 2 years of acute care, long‑term care and/or rehabilitation experience.
• Nethealth experience.
