Overview
The AMCI/YMCI Clinical Supervisor provides clinical and administrative support and supervision and oversees the orientation and performance management of supervises which include Masters Level Clinicians, and Interns. This individual is also responsible for providing guidance and supervisory decisions of staff in their daily tasks, as well as analysis of the work process to improve outcomes and services.
Base pay range$70,720.00/yr - $80,080.00/yr

This range is provided by Child & Family Services, Inc. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. - Provide clinical supervision
- Participate in the CFS Internship program and be willing and able to supervise intern students
- Participate in the review of clinical issues and program policies and procedures and provide support to clinicians around clinical and program changes
- Attend staff meetings and team conferences; lead team meetings as required
- Participate in, lead, and/or coordinates training sessions and workshops to enhance treatment skills
- Provide leadership, guidance, and administrative supervision to all Master’s Level Clinicians
- Provide weekly one-on-one supervision for all master’s level clinicians
- Maintain a high quality of work at all times
- Maintain a positive working relationship with agency staff, supervisors, and community contacts
- Maintain a level of professionalism
- Participates in independent education and training opportunities
- Participates in management team meetings upon request
All 24-hour/Acute Care Services staff are considered essential. Essential staff are defined as personnel who are expected to report to work as scheduled, regardless of holidays and/or during any emergency situation and/or agency closing to ensure the ongoing operations of the program. Due to the type of work and client needs, this position may need to work beyond a forty-hour work week.
Additionally, essential staff may be required to remain on shift or work an additional shift until relief staff are available. For overnight positions, staff are required to stay awake for the entirety of their shift.
