Driver Requirements
- Provide a valid driver’s license and current driving record.
- Provide a current copy of auto registration with automobile insurance (only if using own personal vehicles).
- Provide a current copy of vehicle’s inspection report (only if using own personal vehicles).
Duties & Responsibilities
- Compliance with Federal Regulations, 42 CFR Part II, Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patients.
- Transport clients to pre‑arranged designated areas.
- Pick up and deliver from and to various pre‑arranged destinations for administrative purposes.
- Recognize appropriate boundaries and report inappropriate behavior.
- Must not veer off of designated routes for any unauthorized stops.
- Utilizes standard precautions at all times.
- Demonstrates behaviors that recognize the rights of patients as defined by the patient rights.
- Provide a smoke‑free environment in both company and personal vehicle.
- Will be responsible to complete an incident/accident/environmental report when required.
- Will maintain vehicle transportation log on each vehicle.
- Will inspect vehicle prior and after each transport, including presence of first aid kit.
- May be required to escort/remain with client when needed.
- Keep vehicle maintained and clean at all times.
- Other duties as assigned by Area/Program Director.
- Knowledge of Basic Computer Skills and Software Experience in Office/secretarial environment.
- Must type at least 45 words per minute.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to meet the public;
Must present as professional and courteous at all times internally and externally. - Certification in the HPTC approved de‑escalation program.
- Possess a good telephone manner.
- TB screening.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Compliance with Federal Regulations, 42 CFR Part 2, Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patients and HIPAA Regulations.
- Collects and enters data needed for various reports.
- Meet and greet all visitors and assist with their requests.
- Provide basic public relations with clear and adequate information.
- Maintain accurate visitor log and signed confidentiality visitor letters.
- Receive, screen, and direct all incoming switchboard telephone calls to the facility.
- Take messages when staff members are not available to receive calls.
- Transfer the switchboard at the end of shift, to appropriate department.
- Receive all deliveries (other than dietary and housekeeping items) and distribute accordingly and follow drop‑off policy procedures.
- Maintain reception area, replenish community handouts, keep area neat, ensure proper working order of all office machines, and report any repairs to the appropriate service company.
- Provide assistance to employees needing assistance with proper machine use.
- Secure all doors and windows of area at the end of shift.
- Sort, date‑stamp and distribute all incoming mail, including patient mail.
- Sort, weigh and stamp all outgoing mail (to include UPS and overnight packages).
- At end of day, responsible to arrange delivery to post‑office any pre‑stamped mail.
- Arrange postal machine postage and repairs.
- Track and update mail service changes as needed.
- Maintain postage petty cash and weekly reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate office supply system, including ordering and receipt of all office supplies.
- Verify accurate delivery and return of any supplies as needed; compare suppliers for best pricing.
- Coordinate emergency codes and evacuation procedures for entire facility.
- Perform basic secretarial functions as assigned by COO and/or Supervisor.
- Attend mandatory training/meetings; ability to respond to TTY and in‑house codes.
- Utilize universal precautions at all times.
- Demonstrate behaviors that recognize the rights of patients as defined by the patient rights.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Admissions / Utilization Management to insure safe and appropriate operation of the facility.
