OverviewWe are currently seeking Key Team Leader (Key Holder) candidates. This position carries keys to the store and forms part of the leadership team.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service.
- Handle store opening and closing responsibilities.
- Perform merchandising, operational, and administrative functions within the store.
- Previous retail supervisory experience.
- Product knowledge in Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics.
- Desired:
Merchandising skills and a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Merchandise discount.
- Flexible scheduling.
