Minutemen Staffing is currently looking for a Driver for a landscaping company, Monday
- Thursday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm. We have 2 different locations in Dublin and New Albany. If you are looking for a permanent position, please apply now. Pay rate $17-$18.

We currently need licensed and insurable candidates with experience driving a truck and 20’ trailer, preferably with landscape maintenance (mowing) experience, but the driving component is more crucial than mowing for both locations (New Albany & Dublin). These candidates will be driving and working with the crew on various landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, blowing off surfaces, pruning, edging, mulching, and leaf removal.

This is a year-round job with snow removal work during winter months. Any time worked through the agency will count towards our 90-day probationary period and bonus program.

Highlights and benefits of working with RFC include working 5 days a week (Monday-Friday), with a goal to transition to a 4-day work week, though currently lots of overtime is available. Attached are guidelines from our insurance carrier regarding driver requirements. We are also Spanish-speaking friendly.

Work Week:

• Start time is 7:30 am; 7:34 am is considered late, except for snow work which is more on-call.
• No set end time; hours vary per season and daylight, but night work is not typical except for snow.
• The goal is a 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday), but Friday is not guaranteed off.
• 30 minutes for lunch.
• An additional $10 per hour during snow removal.
