Join Allied Universal at a busy manufacturing and industrial location as an Access Control Officer, supporting daily operations through badge verification, visitor check-in, and controlled entry procedures. You will complete routine patrols, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and communicate clearly with employees, contractors, and leadership.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following post orders, access control procedures, and site-specific policies, and/or assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Control entry and exit at gates and/or access points by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining visitor and delivery logs, and directing traffic to approved locations.

+ Monitor alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems, reporting suspicious activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and escalating to emergency services and/or management as required.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, staging yards, and perimeter lines to help to deter unauthorized access, theft, and/or property damage.

* + Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
