COOK; PART TIME

Overview

We are hiring immediately for a part time COOK position.

Abercrombie & Fitch Global Home Office - 6301 Fitch Path, New Albany, OH 43054.

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, ensuring food is at the correct temperature, attractive and flavorful, and tastes all prepared items.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the kitchen; stores or discards excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and stocked per standards; operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required; assists in ordering and receiving of food and supplies.
• Follows HACCP standards and ensures proper presentation and portion control; maintains serving temperatures.
• Adheres to all company policies and safety requirements; attends in-service and safety meetings; reports maintenance needs or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Previous cook experience required. Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Open availability with a part-time schedule; typical shifts include Tuesday through Thursday, day or evening shifts, with a rotating Saturday shift. Additional details provided at interview.
• Pay Range: $16.00 per hour to $17.50 per hour.
