Operations CoordinatorPosition Summary:
The Technician II is responsible for operational and technical knowledge across multiple areas, leading a team to execute their duties safely and efficiently while promoting Pharmavite's Operating Values. Demonstrated expertise in setup and operation of production equipment, advanced maintenance skills, collaboration on problem-solving, and process change initiation are essential. As the Subject Matter Expert (SME), the role involves revising documents, troubleshooting procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:Education: HS Diploma or equivalent.
Certification: Must have or complete PIT certification.
Experience: Mastery in operating, troubleshooting, and repairing department equipment; completion of Pharmavite Technician Program.
Knowledge/
Skills:
Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to change, plan and organize tasks, communicate effectively, lead cGMP and safety practices, develop training materials, and perform mechanical inspections and repairs.
Ability to stand and walk for full shifts, lift loads up to 40 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks with manual dexterity. Ability to work in noisy, warm environments with PPE.
Environment & Safety:Exposure to noise, fumes, vibration, dust; PPE required. Must follow safety procedures to ensure personal and team safety.
Additional Information:No supervisory responsibilities; minimal travel for training. Compensation ranges from $39,000 to $63,000, including benefits and potential bonuses. Pharmavite is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
