Job Title: Project Manager

Location: New Albany, OH 43054, USA

Job Summary: The Project Manager will serve as the daily onsite construction manager for Engineering Services commissioning activities. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards by overseeing scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as primary onsite contact for all EESS project activities.
  • Receive job handoffs and conduct initial technical, scope of work, and scheduling requirement reviews.
  • Utilize project management tools and software to maintain adherence to milestones and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project meetings (internal and external) and maintain formal communication plans with stakeholders.
  • Navigate Eaton scheduling and work activities with other trades to optimize execution efficiency.
  • Ensure successful job closeout, including punch lists, issue resolution, internal warranty, and transition to owner or other entity.
  • Collaborate with DOC team to address safety program initiatives and communicate concerns to contractors and subcontractors.
  • Provide financial oversight through cost control, warranty management, change order management, and risk mitigation.
  • Work closely with commercial operations teams, NAS Project Management Organization, sales engineers, and EESS Technical Application Support (TAS) to align client expectations with project deliverables.
  • Implement program-level requirements and changes from Strategic Operations technical program managers.
  • Mentor and guide team members, demonstrating advanced project management, operational, and commercial competencies.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in project management within construction, engineering services, or commissioning projects.
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using project management tools and software.
  • Ability to mentor and lead team members effectively.
