• Revenue Growth: Drive top-line sales both internally and externally.
• Profitability: Ensure all decisions align with profitability goals and objectives.
• Employee Relations: Manage all aspects of employee relations, while motivating, inspiring, and engaging the team.
• SOP Creation and Implementation: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Cost Efficiency: Monitor all costs and ensure decisions are in line with budgets.
• Hiring and ATS Management: Oversee the hiring process and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruitment and promotions.
• Schedule and Attendance Management: Manage employee schedules and attendance through time and attendance systems.

• Employees - both Front and back of house. The ability to manage their performances and ER;
• Supervisors and Assistant Managers - ability to delegate tasks and follow up;
• Line Manager - ability to update on monthly/quarterly and yearly performances in an efficient manner;

• Attend training courses and complete online training modules as required to meet the requirements of the role.

• Undertake any other duties as requested which are reasonably deemed to be within the scope of the role or necessary for the smooth running of the business.
