Location: New Albany, OH

Pay: $19-$23/hr + overtime

About the Role

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to build a long-term career in a fast-growing industry. You'll support daily operations inside a large data center by helping with physical tasks, basic installation work, and general labor duties. No prior technical experience is required-just reliability, willingness to learn, and comfort with physical work.

What You'll Do

• Assist with moving, organizing, and setting up equipment
• Support basic installation tasks such as routing and organizing materials
• Help maintain clean, safe work areas
• Follow instructions from leads and supervisors
• Perform general labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and working on ladders
• Work both indoors and outdoors depending on project needs
• Learn new skills related to cabling, equipment setup, and data center operations

What You Bring

• Experience in labor, warehouse, construction, or similar physical work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or raised platforms
• Comfort working long shifts and staying active throughout the day
• Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn new tasks and follow safety guidelines
• Steel/composite-toe boots required

Shifts

Schedules vary based on project needs. Candidates must be open to multiple shift options.
Day Shift:
Mon-Thu: 6:00 AM-6:30 PM
Fri: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Swing Shift:
Mon-Thu: 10:00 AM-10:30 PM
Fri: 10:00 AM-6:30 PM

Work Environment

This is a physical, on-site role inside a large data center. Expect frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting. Some tasks may take place outdoors.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
