Overview
Warehouse Coordinator (Logistics Coordinator) – CBRE – New Albany, OH – Full‑time – Entry level.
Responsibilities- Process and load orders, pull materials, pack boxes, and place items in the delivery area.
- Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
- Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and keep shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
- Complete reporting by entering required information and documenting deliveries and product returns.
- Manage supply‑chain issues with suppliers, ensuring on‑time product availability and shipping charges.
- Analyze Bills of Materials (BOMs) to evaluate, research, and attain procurements for respective projects.
- Create a systematic approach to ordering materials to minimize inventory level and shipping costs.
- Develop tools and procedures to improve the procurement cycle.
- Assist with the bidding process when appropriate by offering pricing schedules of relevant supplies and materials.
- Maintain purchase order confirmations and manage special orders.
- Provide courteous, professional service to customers.
- Drive a box truck or company van and hold a valid driver’s license.
- Operate forklifts (preferred forklift certification or ability to complete certification training).
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Compensation: $20.00–$24.00 hourly. Benefits: 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and vision insurance. Relocation assistance may be available on select positions only for qualified candidates based on role requirements and experience.
