We are seeking a Technical Support Tech I to join our Data Center Operations Department, supporting server and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive problem‑solving approach.

Job Title: Computer Hardware Technician
Location: On‑Site – New Albany, OH, US
Pay Range: $23.50/hr.
Schedule: REQUIRED 12‑hour shifts – alternating 3 Days/4 Days per week
Front‑Half Days: Sunday through Tuesday or Wednesday

• Maintain and troubleshoot server and network hardware within a data center environment.
• Perform root‑cause analysis to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Communicate advanced technical information to individuals of varying technical knowledge.
• Support hardware infrastructure of cloud computing server technologies.
• Contribute to inter‑team and intra‑team collaboration and development.

• 12 months of data center experience.
• 1+ year of Computer Hardware experience.
• 1+ years of Computer Networking experience.
• 1+ year of Linux Operating Systems experience.
• Technical aptitude, analytical skills, and strong situational awareness.
