Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Data Center Construction Manager

As a Data Center Construction Manager
, you will:

• Responsible for applying critical thinking and judgement skills based on advanced medical knowledge to cases utilizing specified resources and guidelines to make case determination.
• Perform infrastructure/structured cabling work in the installation, service and maintenance, repair and alteration of low voltage category cabling, fiber optic cabling, communications cabling and other various low voltage cabling systems.
• Perform installation and service of low voltage category cabling, fiber optic cabling, communications cabling, communication equipment and other various low voltage related systems such as Category 3, Category 5, Enhanced Category 5, Category 6 and Fiber Optic Structured Cable Distribution Systems.
• Evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot cabling infrastructure systems and perform repairs as necessary.
• Perform upgrades and additions to cabling infrastructure systems in order to increase functionality and usability.
• Manage work tickets according to customer SLA's using Service Now ticketing system.
• Request equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of required items, as required.
• Respond to emergency situations during or after hours for the purpose of resolving immediate client concerns and meeting SLAs.
• Transport a variety of items (e.g. tools, equipment, supplies, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring the availability of materials required at client site.

• Required 3-5 years of supervisory experience on large multi-million-dollar projects focused on the installation of Structured Cabling Systems.
• Managing teams of 100+
• Experienced in effectively managing large, geographically dispersed teams (100+) on large projects and construction sites.

• Preferred professional certifications: OSHA-30 Hour certification (if not certified at time of hire, certification must be obtained within first six (6) months of employment)
• BICSI Technician (TECH)
• BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD)
• Experience in overseeing mission critical infrastructure cabling installations for Data Center new build and retrofit projects highly preferred.
• Union rules and regulations
• Preferred experience leading and managing large union telecom crews, with a deep understanding of union rules, collective bargaining agreements, work jurisdiction, and labor compliance.

Pay Range: $55-$57 per hour

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
