Position TitleNOC Analyst
LocationHybrid – Columbus, OH (local candidates preferred)
Responsibilities- Monitor, manage, and support enterprise network infrastructure to ensure performance, security, and reliability.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network components including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Identify root causes of network incidents using diagnostic tools and testing equipment, driving timely resolution.
- Proactively monitor network performance and respond to alerts to prevent service disruptions.
- Support incident, problem, and change management processes in a 24/7 NOC environment.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and engineering teams to resolve complex network issues.
- Participate in scheduled on-call rotation, providing after-hours support as required.
- Perform onsite testing and support activities as needed in a hybrid work model.
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 4+ years of experience supporting network operations or infrastructure environments.
- Hands‑on experience with enterprise networking technologies and protocols.
- Familiarity with network monitoring, diagnostic, and troubleshooting tools.
- Linux system management experience strongly preferred.
- Regular Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- On‑Call Rotation:
Once every 6 weeks - On‑Call Coverage: 11:00 PM Friday – 11:00 PM Sunday
- Hybrid work model with onsite presence required for testing or operational needs.
