Responsibilities- Process logical transaction in ticket for SSD and DIMM
- Close switch
- Re-rack switch
- Re-cable switch
- Notify chat to begin provisioning
- Repeat until all tickets are complete each day
- Go to ERAD location to logically process SSDs
- Return DIMMs to defective parts shelf and process logically
