A growing supplier company is seeking a motivated HR Generalist to join its team.
This role offers the opportunity to support a broad range of HR functions while working closely with leadership and employees across the organization. The company is moving quickly to fill this position - don't wait to apply!
Key Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruiting including hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
• Support employee relations and maintain accurate employee records
• Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist expat employees with relocation needs such as housing arrangements
• Partner with leadership to enhance HR processes and support organizational goals
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred; 1–3 years of HR or recruiting experience required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with employee relations and benefits administration preferred
