Job Description:

• Complete new horizontal wells with multiple-stage water-fracs.
• Write completion procedures and develop creative ways to improve completion operations.
• Optimize stimulation costs and horizontal frac design with respect to stage work and stimulation design.
• Supervise field consultants and perform field studies and evaluations of completion techniques.
• Design and implement frac programs and support reservoir engineering activities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering required.
• 5+ years of related work experience; shale plays preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and work in a multi-disciplined environment with individuals at all levels.
• Capacity to work in a highly innovative, fast‑paced environment with frequently changing priorities.
• Strong prioritization and deadline‑management skills.
