About the job

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross‑functional partners across the company.

Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

In this role, you will lead the planning and delivery of your team's Moves, Adds, Retrofits, Changes, Utilities, Security (MARCUS)/Retrofit portfolio, managing numerous annual projects representing hundreds of millions in capital spend. These projects range from simple network installs to complex operational and retrofit projects, all while maintaining no impact on the business. You will ensure consistent execution of business priorities, proactively solve project risks and process inefficiencies and provide direction to site teams.

You will partner with metro and regional construction managers, and you will remove roadblocks and ensure teams have the necessary tools and resources. You will build trust with internal partners, supporting sustainability and tailored execution strategies while always prioritizing Google’s users and safety.
