Job Location & Compensation

  • Hourly Pay: $18.00 per hour
  • Schedule:

    Monday‑Friday (Hybrid) 8 am‑4:30 pm (1 day in office, 4 remote)
  • Experience:

    Customer service experience and working knowledge of MS Office (preferred)

We are immediately hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Supply Chain Solutions division. This role will work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Asset Management to deliver excellent customer communication and drive inbound sales.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a great customer experience and resolve concerns to customers’ expectations.
  • Handle inbound sales calls and outbound solicitation to increase rental sales and new customers.
  • Maintain rental truck inventory levels by coordinating with Maintenance and Asset Management.
  • Enhance productivity through effective scheduling and planning.
  • Generate purchase/repair orders and maintain related files.
  • Support parts management and cost containment via inventory planning and warranties.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all company, local, state, federal, and regulatory agency policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, high energy, and proactive.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions.
  • Skill in handling ambiguity and complex customer issues.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all levels.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales and/or customer service.
