Job Summary
The Construction Scheduler will work with the Project Manager to create timetables to manage both time and resources to ensure work is completed on time.
ResponsibilitiesThe Scheduler will manage workload distribution and monitor the customer delivery and job installation progress. It will coordinate with Project Management and Leads/Superintendents to create and maintain a calendar for project implementation to completion, identify and anticipate schedule disparities and correct or report to Project Management, and provide the Project Manager with all needed elements to issue Weekly/Monthly Reports. Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications- Must have 2+ years experience with Primavera P6.
- Self‑motivated, positive approach, professional and able to lead others to create, develop and implement project process improvement(s).
- Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills; effective read/write and oral presentation skills.
- High skill level interpreting blueprints and other project documents.
- Proficient with Oracle Primavera and Microsoft Project.
- Minimum of 3 years experience scheduling in telecommunications or a related construction field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).
- High School diploma or GED equivalency (minimum education).
- Minimum 2‑4 years experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license and meet company minimum driving standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
