What You’ll Do
  • Safety is E2 Optics’ number one Core Value. All employees are expected to follow safe work practices, as well as adhere to company and client worksite safety policies and procedures.
  • Promote Company Core Values to foster and safeguard a family‑centric culture. Safety Committee Member – attends corporate meetings monthly to ensure all safety measures are being taken and met.
  • Assist program managers, project managers, and superintendents with collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data/metrics, and handling daily tasks.
  • Serve as a Project Controls member – attends project controls meetings to ensure incorporation of latest project controls measures are being implemented and utilized by local site project management.
  • Assist P6 Master Scheduler in hours/cost analysis and provide active project data quality controls analysis support to Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Superintendent.
  • Manage timecard entries, job code tasks, and weekly job tracker updates for accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee progress invoicing and manage change order processes, including maintaining the change order tracker and processing internal changes.
  • Identify areas for operational improvements, propose solutions, and assist with developing and implementing efficient practices.
  • Plan and organize meetings by preparing agendas, recording minutes, and following up on deliverables.
  • Create purchase orders and be available in the corporate ticketing system queue during business hours when additional help is requested.
  • Provide reporting support to the program and project manager to create and maintain project forecasts, manpower forecasts, staffing pipeline, and project performance.
  • Provide site observation reports and address issues with E2 QA/QC, Site Superintendent, Project Manager and Project Engineer, and E2 Optics management.
  • Support project managers with procurement and logistics, including obtaining quotes from vendors and distributors.
  • Follow up with project manager and escalating challenges as they arise with proposed solutions to ensure project health.
  • Support Corporate Accounting in tracking GMP expenses.
  • Maintain current inventory levels; process purchasing orders as required; track orders and investigate problems.
  • Assist Logistics with inventory, reconcile actual inventory received and stock count to computer‑generated reports.
  • Accept deliveries and communicate receipt to the appropriate party.
  • Perform activities related to vendor and distributor invoices, researching issues.
  • Oversee collection and maintenance of required compliance documents related to onboarding, post‑employment processing, and project activities.
  • Coordinate hiring and orientation training of new, supplemental contract employees.
  • Support new hire onboarding and off‑boarding termination processes.
  • Provide training, coaching, development, and motivation for personnel as needed.
  • Coordinate travel requests and manage changes to travel schedules as needed.
  • Travel as required by E2.
What We Are Looking For
  • High School diploma or GED required;
    Associate’s Degree preferred.
  • 1‑2 years of experience working in the construction industry as a project coordinator.
