The Sales Associate is a member of the campus Sales & Growth Team that supports the Director of Sales with customer-related tasks, including answering phones, assisting with tours, managing data and leads, and addressing customer inquiries.

• Execute the sales process and convert to move-in percentages to support census growth, with a focus on private pay.
• Generate admissions through referral partnerships and advance the inquiry sales process through follow-up and closing, in partnership with the Community Sales Representative (CSR) and Executive Director; use the CRM system. Target 10 call-outs per day and daily CRM usage.
• Respond to referrals and inquiries promptly and professionally; participate with the leadership/back-up team to handle inquiries/referrals timely, including CRM management.
• Support welcoming new customers by communicating move-in activities to the campus team (e.g., welcome gift, move-in communication and process, move-in paperwork).
• Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing campus events including the Senior Executive Club and community events.
• Ensure the campus is tour-ready, including backup resources, marketing collateral, tour path, model room, first impressions, and tour stations; conduct tours as part of the primary team.
• Answer a multi-line phone system promptly and professionally, directing callers to the appropriate person or department.

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
