As a Traffic Control Flagger you will:
- Establish and maintain safe work zones using the proper equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the safety of all.
- Manage traffic flow effectively with stop/slow paddles.
- Deliver exceptional service and protection to our clients.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to stand 8‑12 hours a day and lift 50‑60 lbs.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings.
- Experience driving.
- Must pass pre‑employment screenings, including a drug test (safety‑sensitive role).
- Competitive pay: $18.00–$18.75/hour, overtime opportunities, guaranteed pay increase within the first year.
- Rapid advancement to Senior Protector in just 4 months, with further growth to Lead Protector, Field Supervisor, or Manager roles.
- Comprehensive training: paid on‑the‑job training, ATSSA certification, and defensive driving.
