As a Traffic Control Flagger you will:

• Establish and maintain safe work zones using the proper equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the safety of all.
• Manage traffic flow effectively with stop/slow paddles.
• Deliver exceptional service and protection to our clients.

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to stand 8‑12 hours a day and lift 50‑60 lbs.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings.
• Experience driving.
• Must pass pre‑employment screenings, including a drug test (safety‑sensitive role).

• Competitive pay: $18.00–$18.75/hour, overtime opportunities, guaranteed pay increase within the first year.
• Rapid advancement to Senior Protector in just 4 months, with further growth to Lead Protector, Field Supervisor, or Manager roles.
