• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem‑solving skills.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Undergo a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Licensing requirements are state and/or local; a valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
