Power Weekend "12hr" – This is a WEEKEND Bonus program ONLY. Power Weekend shifts are only those shifts worked between 6:00 a.m. Saturday and 6:00 a.m. the following Monday.
Your regularly scheduled shifts will be 12 hours, which includes one 30‑minute unpaid lunch break (11½ hours total clock time).
You will be eligible for weekly overtime only if I work over 40 regular hours in the work week.
You will receive a Bonus Payment equal to 8 hours of pay at my base hourly rate for each Weekend that I meet all of the following requirements
:
- You work at least 23 hours of my regularly scheduled Power 12 Weekend shifts, and
- You work each entire scheduled Power Weekend shift (i.e. I do not call off or leave early from my Power 12 Weekend shift).
You will be considered Part Time for purposes of employee benefit eligibility. Employees must consistently work 30 hours or more per week to qualify for Full Time benefits.

- Participate in the development and implementation of resident care plans, maintain up-to-date nursing care plans, document progress and make recommendations for revisions to care plans (MDS) according to facility policy and procedure;
- Make daily and periodic resident visits for monitoring and observing the residents’ physical/mental condition;
- Perform routine nursing procedures while working closely with physicians and families to maintain the health/mental state of the resident;
- Provide emotional support to the resident and their families and handle resident and/or visitor complaints, allegations, accidents or incidents that may occur;
- Provide medical record documentation, complete 24‑hour reports, end‑of‑shift reports, shift narcotic counts and document the destruction of outdated/discontinued medications; and
- Maintain up‑to‑date resident medical records.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and possess a valid RN license in good standing according to state and federal requirements.
- Have a thorough understanding of the principles of safe, effective nursing practices within the State of Florida.
- Basic computer knowledge and skills.
- A passion for caring for people.
- Personal integrity and the ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, government agencies and other personnel.
- The ability to be discrete and protect the integrity of confidential information and stay within corporate compliance and HIPAA.
- Knowledge of the use of personal computers, Word and Excel, and working with office machines such as fax and copying machines.
