- Staff Nurse: Consistent weekday-focused scheduling
- Weekend Warrior Incentive Program: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 12-hour shifts with additional incentives for designated shifts
- Competitive Pay Rates:
- RN: $36–$39/hour | Shift differential available depending on schedule
- LPN: $27–$31/hour | Shift differential available depending on schedule

- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in our Skilled Nursing community
- Administer medications, treatments, and complete accurate clinical documentation
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the care team
- Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Indiana or multi-state license
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
