• Certifications: DEA, BLS, ACLS, Board Certified, and IN State License
• Experience: 2+ years
• Pay: Negotiable
• Travel & Expenses: Available

• Credentialing time frame: 7 days from completion of facility application;
  temp privileges available
• Schedule: 5 days/week, may include weekends. Hours vary with exit order. 630a arrival. exits at 1p, 3p, 6p. Typically 40-45 hours/week.
  No nights. No holidays. No call.
• Case Types: Endoscopy (35%), Urology (25%), Ortho/spine/podiatry (25%), gyn/general (10%), eyes/ENT (5%); MDs will do blocks
• EMR: Paper

• Louisville International Airport (SDF) approximately 15–20 minutes from the facility
• Easy access to Louisville, KY via nearby bridges and major highways

• Small-town atmosphere with big-city amenities nearby
• Historic downtown with riverfront views, Victorian homes, parks, and community events
• Residents describe the area as friendly, community-oriented, and generally safe
• Typically quieter during the week, with increased activity on weekends
• Historic districts and architecture, including Cedar Bough Place
