** PRN (work as needed), shifts and days vary**# Baptist Health Floyd, Respiratory Care Southern Indiana/ Louisville, Kentucky area## The Respiratory Therapist engages in the treatment and prevention of cardiopulmonary disease, utilizing respiratory equipment and techniques as prescribed by a physician. The Respiratory Therapist is a resource professional specializing in state-of-the-art respiratory technology and patient care based on evidence based, outcomes driven, and scientific standards.

* Qualifications:

· Associate or bachelor's Degree from an AMA Accredited Respiratory Program## Current NBRC Credentials as CRT/RRT required##
· Successful completion of the CRT or RRT exam from the NBRC##
· Active Indiana State Respiratory Care Practitioner License##
· BLS certification required, will provide training##
· ACLS certification within 12 months of hire## PALS certification within 12 months of hire##
· NRP certification within 6 months of hire
