Radio Frequency Engineering Manager

Insight Global is seeking an Engineering Manager, RF Interconnects to lead a design and development team responsible for high‑frequency RF and mmWave interconnect products. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role, balancing people management with deep involvement in design architecture, troubleshooting, and design reviews. Day‑to‑day, this engineer will manage and develop a growing team (initially a small group, scaling to ~8), critique and approve RF connector designs, lead design reviews, and support multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

The role works cross‑functionally with Marketing, Quality, Operations, and Project Management, and supports customer calls and specification reviews.
