Location & Job TypePermanent, full‑time (on‑site) position in New Albany, IN.
Responsibilities- Develop new products.
- Interpret customer needs to establish electrical product specifications.
- Design electrical systems, write PLC logic, and complete electrical documentation.
- Ensure new products meet functional and non‑functional specifications, including safety, performance, cost, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Devise and conduct validation tests to ensure product quality.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and devise short‑ and long‑term remedies.
- Apply engineering theory to solve complex problems.
- Identify and act on opportunities for continuous improvement.
- PLC programming (Allen‑Bradley or Siemens).
- Control panel design and programming.
- AutoCAD proficiency.
- Network communications between PLCs and VFDs.
- Experience designing control panels and writing the associated program.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience (3‑5 years).
Pay range: $85,000.00 – $ per year.
