Permanent, full‑time (on‑site) position in New Albany, IN.

• Develop new products.
• Interpret customer needs to establish electrical product specifications.
• Design electrical systems, write PLC logic, and complete electrical documentation.
• Ensure new products meet functional and non‑functional specifications, including safety, performance, cost, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Devise and conduct validation tests to ensure product quality.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and devise short‑ and long‑term remedies.
• Apply engineering theory to solve complex problems.
• Identify and act on opportunities for continuous improvement.

• PLC programming (Allen‑Bradley or Siemens).
• Control panel design and programming.
• AutoCAD proficiency.
• Network communications between PLCs and VFDs.
• Experience designing control panels and writing the associated program.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience (3‑5 years).

Pay range: $85,000.00 – $ per year.
