Overview
Summary The Part-Time/Seasonal Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely transporting colleagues between the hotel and off-site employee housing during early morning hours. When not performing shuttle duties, this role supports the operational needs of the hotel arrival areas by maintaining clear, safe and clean pathways (including snow removal) and ensuring all hotel vehicles remain in excellent condition. This role is essential in creating a safe and supportive work environment for hotel colleagues.
Responsibilities- Shuttle Transportation
- Safely operate hotel shuttle vehicles to pick up colleagues from designated off-site housing.
- Maintain punctual and reliable transportation aligned with scheduled pickup times.
- Provide friendly, professional and service-oriented interactions with colleagues using the shuttle.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of shuttle usage, including number of riders per trip.
- Vehicle Care & Maintenance
- Ensure all hotel vehicles are clean, fueled and ready for use at the end of each shift.
- Clear snow from hotel vehicles and ensure they are accessible and safe to operate.
- Report any mechanical issues, safety concerns or maintenance needs promptly.
- Snow Removal & Exterior Support
- Assist with snow removal in hotel driveways, walkways and valet areas to maintain safe, hazard free access.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the driveway and valet/arrival areas at all times.
- Support the valet/arrival team with outdoor operational needs during downtime between shuttle runs.
- Safety & Compliance
- Follow all safety protocols, driving standards and vehicle operation guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, state driving regulations and licensing requirements.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Ability to operate vans and hotel vehicles safely in winter conditions.
- Experience driving in snowy or icy conditions strongly preferred.
- Ability to lift, shovel and perform outdoor physical work for extended periods.
- Strong communication, reliability and a service-focused mindset.
- Must be able to work early-morning shifts consistently.
