Our people division is growing, and we are looking for a Mobile Maintenance Advanced Helper (Tech 3 or higher) with our Underground Maintenance department.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Underground Mobile Maintenance Supervisor, Underground Mobile Maintenance Technician, is responsible for the following:

• Works as a team member.
• Works effectively with other crews and departments.
• Employee consistently follows all safety and company policies and procedures.
• Maintains the ability to follow directions & to complete quality work.
• Employee maintains a high level of productivity and demonstrates ability to learn.
• Offers constructive solutions to problems and issues.
• Shop Equipment, Tools, & Skills - Must be able to read, comprehend, interpret blueprints & instruction manuals.
• Hydraulic Systems - Must be able to troubleshoot and repair basic hydraulic systems, Identify & explain component functions on a hydraulic schematic.
• The above duties and responsibilities are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all-inclusive.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• • Two years of light/ heavy mechanical experience preferred.
• • One year of mining (surface or underground) experience preferred.
• • Strong work ethic and good attendance are required.
• • Ability to use a computer for parts and work order tracking as well as send/receive emails required.
• • Commitment to working safely and to standards required.
• • Demonstrated ability to be self-directed, team orientated and work with minimum supervision required.
